2019年11月27日，美國(guó)Extang Corporation and Laurmark Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a BAK根據(jù)《美國(guó)1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)提出申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷售的特定輕型卡車車斗的可折疊蓋板（Certain Pick-Up Truck Folding Bed Cover Systems andComponents Thereof）侵犯了其專利權(quán)。

美國(guó)Tyger Auto Inc. of Rialto, CA、中國(guó)Cixi City Liyuan Auto Parts Co. Ltd. of China、香港特別行政區(qū)Hong Kong Car Start Industries Co. of China為列名被告。
