2020年10月15日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對特定可旋轉(zhuǎn)3D激光雷達(dá)（Rotating 3-D LiDAR Devices and Products Containingthe Same (Including Autonomous Vehicles, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, IndustrialMachines, and Robotics), and Components Thereof，調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1173）作出337調(diào)查部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2020年10月1日作出的初裁（Order No.48）不予復(fù)審，即基于和解，終止對涉案企業(yè)中國廣東Suteng Innovation Technology Co., Ltd (a.k.aRoboSense), China深圳市速騰聚創(chuàng)科技有限公司的調(diào)查；并且終止本案調(diào)查。此前2020年7月13日，已經(jīng)基于和解終止對中國上海Hesai Photonics Technology Co., Ltd, China禾賽光電科技有限公司的調(diào)查。

2019年9月11日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定可旋轉(zhuǎn)3D激光雷達(dá)（Rotating 3-D LiDAR Devices and Products Containingthe Same (Including Autonomous Vehicles, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, IndustrialMachines, and Robotics), and Components Thereof）啟動337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1173）。

2019年8月15日，美國Velodyne Lidar, Inc. of San Jose, California向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請，主張對美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國注冊專利號7969558），請求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。

中國上海Hesai Photonics Technology Co., Ltd, China禾賽光電科技有限公司、中國廣東Suteng Innovation Technology Co., Ltd (a.k.a RoboSense), China深圳市速騰聚創(chuàng)科技有限公司為列名被告。
