2019年4月11日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對化油器及包含化油器的產(chǎn)品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing SuchCarburetors，案件號337-TA-1123）作出337調(diào)查部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2019年3月25日作出的初裁（Order No. 45）不予復審，即基于和解，終止對愛爾蘭Tillotson of Kerry, Ireland的調(diào)查。

2019年3月25日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對化油器及包含化油器的產(chǎn)品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing SuchCarburetors，案件號337-TA-1123）作出337調(diào)查部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2019年2月28日作出的初裁（Order No. 43）不予復審，即終止對美國Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc的調(diào)查，并發(fā)布一項同意令。

2019年3月5日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）發(fā)布337調(diào)查部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2019年2月21日作出的初裁（Order No. 37）不予復審，即基于和解終止對美國Frictionless World, LLC, of Denver, CO的調(diào)查。
